Has anyone replaced his rudder bushings? Who supplied the new rings? Precautions to take before removal? How can I ensure that the rudders are parallel when refitted? Thanks for your advice

      Hello,
We did it on our Pogo. Remove both rudders (be careful not to damage the angle sensor in the process). Then, in the rudder wells, rotate the rings 90° and remove them.
For parallelism, there are pins to ensure correct positioning.
The Structures yard ordered the parts for us.

      Yours faithfully

      Thank you for your help,
I finally carried out this simple operation by ordering the 4 parts from Structures. When I disassembled the rudders, I noticed a total absence of grease. This is probably normal after 13 years of sailing. It’s probably advisable to dismantle the rudders from time to time to grease them and reduce wear on the expensive (€194) bushes.
