Modifications to the Pogo 8.50 mold

I understand that in 2006 (?), when the molds were changed, several modifications were made (foam instead of balsa, for example).
Was this in 2006? From which #?
What other changes were made?

Livet foot block more inward, new mold (green boat)

I seem to remember that the change is to number 110

Mine is one of the first and is 114.
